The Workshop is an Advanced Class in Italian Acting, lyrical singing and Interpretation. <\/b>During their\u00a0four weeks of training, 15 selected students studied and worked closely with professionals of Italian theatre and literature, improving their skills in language and culture, acting, movement, improvisation, lyrical singing, diction, text analysis and interpretation.<\/p>\n

In 2018, in occasion of the 150th anniversary\u00a0of the death of Gioacchino Rossini,\u00a0the International School for Italian Theatre \u201cGiovanni Grasso\u201d\u00a0and the Italian Institute of Culture held Rossini Lab, an Advanced Workshop in Italian Acting, lyrical singing and Interpretation addressed to 15 selected students.<\/p>\n

  The school and the workshops are organized and hosted by the\u00a0Italian Institute of Culture,\u00a0located in Downtown Montreal (1200, avenue Dr. Penfield \u2013 Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec, H3A 1A9).<\/p>\n

  The training took place from May\u00a07 to June 1\u00a0from 9:30 to 17:30, and the final staging took place Friday, June 1.<\/p>\n
